ACTIVATION
- Quickly activate a plan starting with scanning the SIM/IMEI.
- Or browse through our catalogue and pick the carrier and plan of your choice.
- For a Port-In activation, enter the existing number.
- For a new activation, enter the new number.
AIR TIME/ TOP UP
- Simply put the phone number and the app will find the plan for you.
- Or select the specific carrier and plan.
LONG DISTANCE
- Use our app to purchase long distance products!
- You can browse through our list of long distance carriers.
- Simply enter the phone number and the requested dollar amount.
INTERNATIONAL TOP UP
- Quickly look up carrier by entering a phone number.
- Browse international countries to find top up providers easily.
- Once you’ve find the provider of your choice, simply enter the phone number and the requested dollar amount.
TRANSACTION REVIEW
- View recent transactions easily in the ‘Recent’ tab.
- Check recent activations, purchases and returns within the last seven days.
CHECKOUT
- A receipt will generate for a successful, pending or failed transaction.
- You can email, print or text receipts.
- Checkout won’t be possible in the case of insufficient funds.
USER MANAGEMENT
- Quickly manage users by clicking on the ‘More’ tab.
- See which users are active and inactive.
- Edit in a flash user’s status and permissions.
- Easily change or add pin from the mobile app.
SECURITY
- A PIN number and select username are required to view recent transactions and checkout.
- Manage the geo-fence: the app should work only in a chosen location.

- View recent invoices and run reports on your VIDAPAY account

- View report data by user, by product, or full detail
